Natalie Haarhoff’s love affair for flowers started at an early age. She remembers being amazed at what beauty her grandmother could create by merely using her hands and what was available to her from nature. Prior to embracing the floristry business, most of Natalie’s career was entrenched in the fashion industry from representing fashion photographers, working for top fashion brands, to working with renowned fashion designer, Malcolm Kluk. At the same time Natalie was studying floristry, part-time at the Soanesbury School of Floristry and it was here that she realized her true passion for flowers. Natalie had finally found an outlet for her creativity and keen eye for design and Flower Floral Design was born.

Meryl Read joined Flower Floral Design four years ago and the opportunity for mother and daughter to join forces and share their passion for creating beautiful designs is proving to be a huge success. Meryl brings with her many years of business experience as well as a fervent passion for flowers and working with people – an excellent combination for this service industry.

Nesika Ntini has been a part of the company from the beginning. She started out to assist in general and discovered her own natural flair for floral design along the way. Nesika has a keen eye for intricate beading & detail and has become adept at creating our hand-tied bouquets & wedding posies.

As Flower Floral Design grew it became necessary to expand the team. Christine Dambuleni joined us recently and her previous experience as a seamstress has equipped her with a flair for colour, texture & balance.

Alain Hamuli is the only male member of the team and our jack of all trades. He is our driver and handyman and offers invaluable assistance when it comes to erecting gazebos, displays and other décor structures.
